Purchases:

A Success Fee being the greater of either 2% of the purchase price up to £1 Million and 1.5% over £1 Million, payable on exchange of contracts.

Rentals:

A Success Fee of one month’s rent, payable on the signing of the tenancy agreement.

Registration Fee:

A Registration Fee of £750, which is non-refundable but deductible from the Success Fee, payable upon formal instruction.

We will conduct property searches in and around London and even attend Auctions to bid on clients behalf if required.
